Carpe diem

Monday, August 7th, 2006

Last night went out play pool with Roja, while I was supposed to pack up my stuff. So many stuff to do, yet I am being lazy about it. I have always been like that, a-last-minute person. I love it, love it very much. I plan  to take off just like that… off I go. Life is more exhilarating that way.

Anyway, summer has been very surprisingly amazing. I didn’t plan what to do and but it just happened. After the exam in June, I join the sailing club. Never thought I would ever done it, but I did. I just got my ratings for little dingy and windsurfing and now working on larger crusing sailing boat. Fantastic. Though I can barely fit those lessons on my schedule, I somehow managed to do it. Heck, I pay annual fees for these and I can only access them until October. Might as well do as much as I can. I can get some rest later when I’m unemployed.

Apart from sailing, I learn golfing from Chris, a necessary skill for an ex-hockey player ;). Sweet.

My concern right now is that I dont have enough people to come with me for a road trip to Glacier National Park. And the oil price isn’t going down very soon with things happening in middle east and oil spill in russia and alaska. That sums up to higher cost. d-i.

I shall remain hopeful.
